At Pinball Revivall, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your vintage pinball machine, please review our refund and returns policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return a purchased pinball machine within 30 days of delivery if it meets the following criteria:

The machine is in its original condition and packaging.
It has not been altered or modified.
All accessories included with the machine are returned.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact Us

2. Prepare the Package

Securely package the pinball machine in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
3. Ship

Use a trackable shipping service to send the machine back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).

Refunds

Once we receive the returned machine and confirm its condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that the following items are non-refundable:

Items that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.
 Any pinball machines that have been significantly altered or customized.

 Warranty

All our restored pinball machines come with a 1 Year warranty that covers mechanical issues for a specified period. Please refer to the warranty page for details.
