We proudly offer a 1-year parts and Labour warranty, including on-site visits, ensuring you won’t have to endure separation if your machine needs attention.

Warranty Coverage

1. Duration of Warranty
Our warranty is valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

2. What is Covered
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
It includes
Parts and labor for repairs needed due to restoration defects.
Replacement of defective parts, at our discretion.

3. What is Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and cosmetic damages.
Pinball modified or altered without prior written consent from Pinball Revivall.

Warranty Claims

1. How to Make Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department at support@pinballrevivall.com.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photographs of the pinball machine.

2. Return Process
If a return is necessary, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the pinball machine back to us.
Please ensure the machine is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Assessment and Repair
Once we receive your pinball, it will be inspected to determine whether it is covered under warranty.
If covered, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.

 Additional Information

Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
Limitation of Liability Pinball Revivall shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our pinball machine.
Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of New York State.
