The case has age-related signs of wear, such as scratches. The head plate is original with signs of use. Bally’s 1964 Mad World pinball machine is a two-player electro-mechanical pinball machine designed by Ted Zale with artwork by Art Stenholm. Other machines made by Bally Manufacturing Co. during the period Mad World was produced include: Moon Shot, 742A, Cue-Tease, Hootenanny, Cross Country, Grand Tour, Money Honey, Harvest, Sky Divers, and Bus Stop
