The artist implemented all the typical features of the magazine and the corresponding lifestyle in the design of the pinball machine, down to the last detail. For example, there are targets on which the faces of different Playmates are shown, and on some targets, you can find the typical Playboy Bunny symbol. Also, the sound is perfectly tuned to the pinball machine; the player can hear, for example, the famous Playboy whistle. The playing surface convinces with three pop bumpers, two slingshots, six standup targets, a 5-bank drop target, and an upper left kickback lane.
